Announcing Microsoft 365 Copilot Pricing

Empowering sellers and customer support agents with AI
Sellers have to have as many options of their toolboxes as possible. So, we’re adding more functionality to Microsoft Sales Copilot directly inside Dynamics 365 Sales, reminiscent of AI-generated opportunity summary, contextualized email drafts and meeting preparations. This empowers sellers to enhance productivity and shut more deals with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) task automation (including Salesforce), actionable real-time insights and AI-assisted content and suggestions to personalize customer interactions at scale.
